The origin of the Cortile Tenants Interests Committee.

The Cortile Tenants Interests Committee (CortileHBC) is the successor of the Tenants Interests Association Cortile (HBVCortile), which was founded in 2003. Our lessor Vesteda, currently, considers a committee of tenants equivalent to an association, registered with a civil-law notary and the Chamber of Commerce.

The Tenants Interests Association Cortile ceased to function when a full board could not be formed at the general tenants' meeting of April 6, 2022.

With regard to the cancellation of the Tenants Interests Association Cortile, the official path has been followed with the following milestones:
Apr 6 2022: Decision to cancel the Tenants Interests Association Cortile.
Apr 20 2022: Establishment of the Cortile Tenants Interests Committee.

May 4 2022: The Chamber of Commerce requests liquidation

Income statement and transfer:
May 25 2022: Documents in accordance with form 17 A have been sent to the Chamber of Commerce.
Jun 21 2022: Chamber of Commerce announces that it wants to complete the liquidation.
Jul 4 2022: The requested ad has been placed.
Sep 15 2022: Visit to the court registry in Maastricht.
Sep 17 2022: Documents in accordance with form 17 B have been sent to the Chamber of Commerce.
Sep 27 2022: HBVCortile has now officially been deregistered from the Chamber of Commerce.
Oct 19 2022: The bank SNS closes our current account due to deregistration from the Chamber of Commerce.
Nov 23 2022: Agreement with ASN; bank account NL58 ASNB 88327234 09.
