How to act if you have a complaint or want to make a report?
If you want to make a complaint or a report, it is important to determine who exactly is responsible for the issue for which you want to make the complaint/report. In general, everything related to property is Vesteda's responsibility; everything about the courtyard and the public road is, in general, the responsibility of the Municipality of Maastricht.
Vesteda is responsible for the 1st-line of support regarding everything related to property. You can make complaints and/or reports yourself via the Vesteda website:

After logging in here, you can choose to create a new report or view your existing report. On this page you can also see what else has recently been reported by other tenants.

The Cortile Tenants Interest Committee may play a role if a report is not resolved to the satisfaction of the tenant. We will then contact Vesteda to see how we can help.
